Return Policy:
Returns are allowed for defective or damaged items only if that item was damaged or defective upon arrival to the customer. Exchanges or refunds will be issued upon verification of claim. If you return an item that is not damaged or defective, we may credit your card for the selling price less a 20% restocking fee. If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must call Jennifer at 800-648-4061 or send an email to audiaccessories@theautomile.com to explain the damage. If we receive a return that is damaged without prior notification, we will not submit a refund. Exchanges will be allowed for clothing sizes, if available, but customer is responsible for any incurred shipping costs. In the event that we are unable to exchange for a different size, we will offer store credit. Returns for parts and merchandise must be received in original packaging and free of greasy fingerprints. Parts and all merchandise must be able to be resold as brand new. There will be no refunds if these conditions are not met. In order to return a product, customer must contact us at 800-648-4061 or email us within 10 days of receiving the item. You must contact us, include your name, phone number and copy of reciept in the return package, and make sure that the item(s) are in the original packaging or you may not receive a refund. All shipments are insured. All freight claims for damaged packages must be settled with UPS before refunds or replacements will be issued.

Payment Policy:
We accept CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY at this time. If you need to pay with check or money order, contact us at 800-648-4061. We must collect 6.5% tax from OH buyers. Complete our instant checkout or contact our customer service at 800-648-4061 to pay over the phone.

Shipping Policy:
Buyer pays actual UPS shipping rates. UPS shipping days are Monday through Friday -- they do not deliver or run on Saturdays and Sundays. WE SHIP WITHIN THE USA (50 STATES) ONLY. This means NO international shipping and NO U.S. provinces. Also, UPS will not deliver to an APO, FPO or PO box. Please call if you are military overseas. Hawaii buyers will have to pay cost of UPS Air. and while UPS now offers Ground shipping to parts of Alaska, it is still quite expensive.
